Finance is a fantastic way to spread the cost of your purchase. To make it easy we've partnered with Duologi whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete the loan application quickly and entirely online


First add the items you wish to purchase to your basket. When you reach checkout select the best finance option for you and choose 'Pay with Duologi'. The quick application form takes no more than a couple of minutes to complete and then you'll receive a decision.

Eligibility Criteria for Customers


  • Min age 18, Max age 75 at the end of the term
  • Be a permanent UK resident, with minimum 3-year address history.
  • In regular permanent employment.
  • Have a UK bank account that can accept direct debits.
  • Have your credit or debit card registered to your home address.
  • Understand that there will be a credit check performed when you submit your application.
  • Have a good credit history with no late payments , county court judgements (CCJs), debt relief orders , individual voluntary agreement (IVA) or bankruptcies.
  • Be able to accept delivery at the registered billing address. If you are unable to accept delivery to the address in your application, we are unable to offer you a Financing payment option.
  • Exclusions: Unemployed/ Students/Non-UK Residents
  • Finance must be applied for in the name of the individual that is taking the goods or services. 
  • All details entered during the application process must be personal to the applicant. E.g. personal email address and mobile number. 
  • Double check the applicants details against your government issued ID i.e. Full name (No abbreviations), House/Flat number and postcode. (We need to check your customer details against your government ID)
  • Ensure gross annual income is entered for the sole applicant, not weekly/monthly or household income.

 



Our Payment Options


Spread the cost of your purchase over 12,24,36 and 48 months. The value of the loan needs to be over £350 and you can choose a deposit between 10-50%.


ANY LATE OR MISSED REPAYMENTS MAY HAVE SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES AND YOUR CREDIT RATING MAY BE AFFECTED WHICH COULD MAKE IT MORE DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN IN THE FUTURE. OFFERED SUBJECT TO STATUS AND SUCCESSFUL CREDIT ASSESSMENT.

  • What should I do if I am in financial difficulty?

    Any late or missed repayments may have serious consequences and your credit rating may be affected which could make it more difficult to obtain credit in the future. Offered subject to status and successful credit assessment .

  • Will there be additional interest charged if paying over a longer term?

    No additional interest will be charged.

  • Will I be accepted for finance?

    Whether your accepted for finance or not depends on many different factors. At Duologi they have a dedicated credit team who use our bespoke credit engine to help them reach decisions.

  • What do I do if I have been declined?

    If your application was declined, we advise that you obtain a copy of your credit report so you can see the potential reasons why. If you feel that there has been a mistake, please feel free to contact them via email at customers@duologi.com or by using our live chat feature. 03455211881 option 3 

  • I’ve changed my mind, can I cancel my agreement?

    This applies if you want to keep the goods/services but do not want to use Duoligi finance to pay for your purchase. * If your loan is regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974 , you have the right to withdraw from the credit agreement, without providing any reason within the first 14 days of the loan. You can request this either in writing or verbally. If you withdraw from the agreement but the order is fulfilled , you must repay the amount owing, with any interest payable within 30 days from the date you wish to withdraw. If you wish to exercise this right, you will need to contact Duologi by : Telephone 0345 521 1881 Monday - Froday between 9.00am - 5.30pm (ezcluding bank holidays) Make sure you choose option 3. Email customers@duologi.com - Please note Duologi aims to respond to e-mails within 5 working days, so if you need to speak to us quickly it is better to call us. 

  • I want to amend my order.

    Duoligi is not able to make any amendments to your application/order. It is not possible to increase your order value, add goods to the order or change the order you have placed. You will need to speak to the Retailer you are buying the goods/services from, to see if this is possible. You would need yo do this before the order is fulfilled and the loan has been activated. 

  • I have a question about my finance agreement who should I contact?

  • I haven’t received my goods or service.

  • What is a credit search?

    A credit search , otherwise known as a credit check, is when a company reviews your credit report. This is to see how well you've managed money or credit in the past. * A credit check shows details about your finances, such as existing debts and credit available to you. It can also show any financial links you have with other people. A credit check will also show court records. This can include bankcrupcies , payment defaults , County Court Judgements  (CCJs) and Individual Vountary Arrangements (IVAs.) Lenders use credit checks to help them decide whether to accept you for their credit products. 

  • I’m having problems paying my deposit on-line

  • When will I receive a copy of my loan agreement

    Your loan agreement along with all the regulatory paperwork is emailed to the email address you entered in your application once the loan has been activated after you receive your goods or service from the retailer or merchant you have purchased from, they will then activate the loan. Once the loan is activated you will receive the paperwork via email within 3-5days .
